ADVENTURE
THAT CHANGES
COMMUNITIES

Homestay treks and village stays in the Himalayas. Every fare supports the local families who host you.

Pick your trips and dates, and a trip expert in Kathmandu will write back to plan it with you.

Every trek you take with Empact changes a livelihood and fights exploitation, one step at a time.

We run the villages the trips pay for.

Most operators donate a slice of the fare to a project they visit twice a year. Empact is the project. We have been running trips in Nepal since 2011, and the community programmes came first.

The trips exist because the programme needed a way to pay for itself. That is the whole arrangement.
